Booth Rental Information
Booth Rental Membership is designed for the artist who is looking for their very own studio space with the added advantage of a vibrant community of fellow artists. Booth members at FUNKe Fired Arts sign a 12-month lease agreement, starting on January 1st and ending on December 31st. Rent will be prorated for artists who join Booth Membership after January. Many booth members share a booth, splitting the monthly rent and sharing the space. FUNKe Fired Arts will be happy to pair you up with a booth partner if you need one. Let us know what days and times you prefer to use the booth, and we’ll do our best to match you up with someone who has different preferences. Please note that should your needs change, artists may terminate their lease agreements with 90 days written notice.
Some of the perks included with Booth Membership are:
- Your own 10’ X 10’ space, which contains a wheel, wedging board, and plentiful shelving units (twelve –24” x 48” including a top shelf for taller pieces)
- Access to the common areas of the studio, including the slab roller, extruders, and other general use equipment
- Unlimited time to work in the studio during business hours
- Free use of our cone 10 studio glazes
- 10% off select items from our retail shop in the month of November
- Options for firing your work including a supplemental Firing Package that is a one-time payment of $300.
- A supplemental Class Option (See below)

Several Booth Members like to rent space and take classes. In an effort to make that more affordable, FUNKe’s is offering you a Class Option when registering for or renewing your Booth Membership. Booth Members will have the option of paying a one-time fee of $600, which will give you access to one class each session over the course of the year. That is a discount of $1,000 on classes for the year! Even if you only take 3 classes, you’ll save $90! And don’t forget the added bonus that everything you make in class will be fired for free, so you won’t have to worry about firing options.
Cost: $267/month for full booth or $150/month for half booth, to be paid by the fifth of each month.
